Ground-level retail spaces seamlessly integrate with the adjacent public market, offering residents and visitors access to fresh produce, artisanal goods, and local delicacies. Above, residential units of various sizes and configurations provide comfortable and sustainable living spaces for residents, while communal amenities such as rooftop gardens, fitness centers, and coworking spaces promote social interaction and well-being.
